The VE Series Smart Camera is an all-new vision platform from Banner. Building on the success of Banner’s existing vision lines, the VE Series combines ease-of-use (similar to the iVu) with powerful inspection capabilities (like the PresencePLUS). Vision Manager software includes a PC emulator and runtime editing capabilities, providing users with tremendous flexibility in creating and updating inspections. The 2MP imager enables larger fields of view as well as the detection of small objects.

Vision Manager software is designed for ease-of-use to facilitate quick setup and simplify device management. Users of all experience levels, from novice to advanced users, can easily navigate the intuitive user interface, debug capabilities, and logging features with little pre- or post-sales support required.

Higher and lower resolutions and field upgradable software upgrades are planned for release in upcoming months.
